Estela Monjo Boudreau
Founder, Facilitator and Director of
Windrise Retreat Center
Estela Monjo Boudreau is a local artist and sculptor whose soulful works, often depicting the
deep passion and triumph of the human spirit, have gained her recognition internationally. She is mother, grandmother,
teacher, community organizer, spiritual companion, avid gardener, and founder of Windrise Spirituality Center in Metamora,
Michigan. She continually experiences the awesome freedom that comes from surrendering to the creative process in all aspects
of her life Estela is a graduate of the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. Estela offers workshops in sculpting and creativity. She also leads wilderness experiences
and women's circles.
Since the 1980’s, Estela has sculpted as Estela Monjo working with other Michigan artists and also studied
at The Center for Creative Studies, Detroit, MI. Her works are mainly held in private collections. Inspiration for her work
comes from meditations, longings, desires, travel and her own integrative process.
Greg Boudreau is the Operations Director
of Windrise bringing expertise in career in conference center management from Sodexo, a global food and facility
management organization. He supports Windrise events with culinary, operations and facility management experince and is ServceSafe
certified.
Estela Monjo Boudreau is the founder of Windrise Retreat Center and Managing Director of
Wellspring of the Spirit, the non-profit MI Corporation managing Windrise.
